Raul has been in the restaurant business for pver 40 years.

Chicken Itza 1 is located in downtown Rosarito. Raul is the father to 4 children, a grandfather of 2. He became an amputee at an early age after an accident with on a horse. That dindn't stop him from completing a half marathon this past April.
In this pastime he sings and plays music.

  Their Fried Chicken. It comes in spicy or original. Orders come with 1 to 3 sides depending on the size of your order. Sides include cole slaw, macaroni salad and French fries.
